Most of us know the woes of the seasons changing and Springtime bringing a bunch of pollen and other fun times with it. I like to be prepared and make a roller just for this occasion.

Apply the roller behind your ears, back of your neck, down your spine and bottoms of your feet a couple times a day or when you plan on being exposed to the things that make you sneeze.
